Legal notice

This notice governs access to and use of Moflet AI, the multi-tenant platform for building, importing and running agents (native, A2A and MCP tools).

Operator

The service is operated by Moflet AI S.L., NIF B73210072, with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana, 91, 28046 Madrid. The trade name is Moflet AI. Contact: [email protected]. Users are identified with Zitadel or, locally, a development token.

Terms of use

• You must use the platform in line with the law, your organization's policies and the permissions (RBAC) of your tenant.
• You are responsible for the credentials, connectors, agents and runs you create or authorize in your tenant.
• You must not try to access other tenants, secrets or resources, or bypass authorization controls.
• The local development environment is not production: do not enter real secrets unless you control the deployment.

Intellectual property

Moflet AI, its interface, documentation and product code belong to its operator or its licensors. Content you upload or generate in your tenant (agents, prompts, run artifacts) stays under your control, subject to these terms and applicable law.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as is. The operator is not liable for decisions made from agent output, or for interruptions, data loss or misuse of credentials inside a tenant, beyond what the law requires.

Governing law

Where this notice is silent, Spanish law applies and, where relevant, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the rules on information-society services.
